Dr Ray McKenna General Practitioner
Dr Ray McKenna is a procedural GP obstetrician with specialist interests in pregnancy care, paediatric, acute and chronic disease management. Dr Ray feels privileged to offer patients GP support throughout all stages of life. His passion is for providing informed patient-centred care, as well as promoting preventative health care. He is happy to work in collaboration with other health practitioners to be part of a person’s support team. Dr Ray works closely with Dr Peter Ginbey and Dr Sarah Moore to provide comprehensive obstetric and perinatal care at Broadwater Medical Centre.
Dr Amy Camplin General Practitioner & Skin Cancer Doctor
Dr Amy Camplin is an experienced General Practitioner who joined Broadwater Medical Centre in 2011 after moving to Busselton with her husband. Dr Amy has since had three children and loves the lifestyle the South-West has to offer. She enjoys working at Broadwater Medical which has a great team environment, and provides the best service it can to the community. Dr Amy has completed additional training in skin cancer medicine and enjoys the variety this adds to her general practice work.
Dr Sarah Moore General Practitioner
Dr Sarah Moore is an integrative GP obstetrician, with interests in women’s health and pregnancy care, mental health, chronic illness and preventative health care. Dr Sarah loves working together with women and their families to support them through their pregnancy, birth and beyond, providing person-centred holistic health care. She provides on-call obstetric services at Busselton Health Campus, and works collaboratively with fellow GP obstetricians, Dr Peter Ginbey and Dr Ray McKenna, and midwife Julie Mullumby at Broadwater Medical Centre. Dr Sarah also enjoys working with adults and children providing an integrative approach to their health care, and is happy to work collaboratively with other health practitioners who the patient chooses to include as part of their support team.
Dr Aoife O’Connor General Practitioner
Dr Aoife O’Connor graduated from Trinity College in Dublin Ireland in 2014. Since then, she has enjoyed working in different healthcare systems and worked in London for 2 years before moving to Western Australia in 2016 where she worked in a variety of areas in Perth. She moved down to the south west with her husband and two children in 2023 to pursue a career in general practice. Her special interests include paediatrics and women’s health, and she has completed the Sydney child health certificate in paediatrics, RANZCOG Certificate of women’s health, and FPAA Certificate in reproductive and sexual health. Outside of work, Dr O’Connor enjoys reading and exploring the beauty of the south west particularly the amazing beaches with her family.
Dr Elizabeth de Jong General Practitioner
Dr Elizabeth de Jong (Liz) is a locally trained doctor graduating from UWA in 2017. Since then she has worked across a variety of different hospital settings acquiring additional skills and experience. Liz has a passion for pregnancy care, women’s health and children’s health with a focus on treating the family as a unit.
Early in her career, Liz completed the Diploma of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists (DRANZCOG) enabling her to provide comprehensive obstetric care to women from the very beginning of pregnancy through to the postpartum period. Liz has joined the GP Obstetricians at Broadwater Medical Centre, Dr Sarah Moore, Dr Ray McKenna and Dr Pete Ginbey, to deliver On Call obstetric care at Busselton Health Campus.
Further to this Liz completed the FPAA Certificate in Reproductive and Sexual Health & is qualified in the insertion and removal of Implanons and the removal of Mirena’s. Liz has also completed the Sydney Child Health Program (prev. Diploma in Child Health) during her time at Perth Children’s Hospital, building her knowledge and experience in Paediatrics. More recently, maintaining a focus on holistic care, Liz completed the Diploma in Palliative Medicine which equipped her to deliver person and family-centred care to people suffering from a life-limiting illness with a focus on quality of life.
Liz has an empathic, compassionate nature and loves the holistic nature of General Practice.
Dr Donnetta Charles Skin Cancer Doctor
Dr Donnetta Charles was born and raised in South West WA, and has worked at Broadwater Medical Centre since 2007. Enjoying the challenge and continuity of care than General Special affords, Donnetta employs a kind yet direct, patient-centric approach in all her consults. Her special interests lie in skin cancer detection and surgery (Diploma Australasian College of Skin Cancer Medicine), utilising state of the art Molescan equipment to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments.

Dr Pippa Byrd General Practitioner (on extended leave)
Dr Pippa Byrd grew up in the south-west of Western Australia and is looking forward to making the move back to become a part of the Busselton community and enjoy everything it has to offer. Dr Byrd enjoys all aspects of general practice, particularly women’s health and children’s health. She has completed the Sydney child health program and FPAA in reproductive and sexual health.
Dr Jordan Ashwood General Practitioner
Dr Jordan Ashwood is a British GP who has recently moved to south west Australia. He trained at St George’s, University of London, graduating in 2016. He worked at several London hospitals across a variety of specialties before training as a GP in 2020. His special interests include paediatrics, elderly care, mental health, acute illness and chronic disease management. He enjoys every aspect of general practice, focusing on a warm, person-centred approach to his patients. Outside of work he loves to explore everything the south west has to offer with his young family and dog.
Dr Viviane Mazza General Practitioner
Experience working in different specialties of medicine. Interest in obstetrics (Advanced DRANZCOG), surgery (skin) and chronic disease.
